dc.description.abstractA - 4 step block method was formulated with Hermite Polynomials as basis function. Discrete schemes were developed from continuous schemes obtained using interpolation and collocation techniques to derive the block. The order, consistency, zero stability and convergence of the method were investigated. The numerical results obtained from the two test problems show that the method performs better than some existing methods in the literature in term of accuracy and efficiency.en_US
