The sensitivity pattern of antibiotic resistant bacteria from Oke-odo stream and Aiba stream were investigated. Escherichia, Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Serratia, Enterobacter, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Proteus were isolated. The Organisms were Gram-negative. All the organisms were 100% resistant to septrin. Almost all the organisms were resistant to amoxicillin and augmentin. The most dominant bacteria was Citrobacter, followed by Escherichia and Serratia. Antibiotic sensitivity was carried out using antibiotic sensitivity discs containing 10 antibiotics. Samonella, Enterobacter and Klebsiella were 100% resistant to septrin, amixacillin, and streptomycin. Serratia was 100% resistant to septrin, sparfloxacin and amixacillin and 50% resistant to augmentin, gentamycin, perfloxacin and streptomycin. Escherichia was mostly 66.66% resistant to all the antibiotics, except septrin.en_US
