Abstract: This paper reviews the ICJ Advisory Opinion on Kosovo, of July 22, 2010, and opines that while it is salutary and symphonic that the World Court held that the secession of Kosovo did not violate any rule of international law, it however, finds it a cacophony that the Court failed to make a specific finding as to whether or not there is a right of remedial secession in international law.
