Abstract: This study examines how Calvary production ministyr (CAPRO), an indigenous missionary organisation raises and administers local resources of personnel, finance, and materials. Among other things, the paper seeks to show that the methods of raising local resources and the issue of prudent resource administration and management in indigenous mission agencies constitute a major factor which enhance not only the sustainability of such groups, but also the growth of their mission activities as demonstrated by CAPRO.
