dc.description.abstract | The world is faced with various environmental challenges brought about by the unsustainable production processes of manufacturing companies. The paper investigates the influence of green training and development on environmental sustainability in manufactu ring companies in Nigeria, while considering the mediating role of employee proenvironmental behavior. Data was collected from 127 employees from a manufacturing company in Lagos Nigeria. A regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The result s hows that green training and development, influence environmental sustainability. The findings also show that employee pro environmental behavior mediates the relationship between green training and development and environmental sustainability | en_US |
